First- Select a time that works for you on my calendar. Fill out the application for a Vibrant Health Life so I can get a better idea of what you’re looking for. We’ll schedule a call to go over your answers, and any other questions you may have about how health coaching can help you lead a vibrant, healthy life.

The Plan- During our first of six sessions, we’ll more fully discuss your goals, and perhaps redefine them as your situation or priorities change. I’ll create a customized plan based on your needs, readiness for change, and goals. It may include: a pantry make-over, a personalized grocery shopping trip, meal prep plans, relationships with your medical providers, and discuss what you put into your mind, on your body and in your body.

Implementation- I’ll ask thought-provoking questions to get to the root of your nutritional and overall health needs. Together, we’ll create an eco-conscious wellness plan that supports your bio-individuality. And remember, food is just one (important) part of whole-body nourishment.

We’ll meet regularly to make adjustments and help you stay accountable. I don’t simply provide a meal plan and wish you well. I’m here as a resource every step of the way.
