I’m here to help you get fit and eat real food.

I help women in midlife build healthy habits to feel their most vibrant! I focis on fabulous real food full of flavor- and fitness tips that work. As an environmental scientist and integrative nutrition health coach, I teach you how to use real food to have more energy, improve your mood, reduce chemicals in your life and prevent or manage illness. I’m also completing my personal training certificate with a specialization in Women’s Fitness through NASM.

Let’s take a whole-person approach to addressing health and well-being by tapping into your intrinsic motivation to make sustainable, lasting lifestyle changes. I’m a believer in eating more plant-forward meals that are healthier for you, your family- and our environment.

Integrative Nutritionist

Years of helping my daughter cope with IBS and researching the most effective ways to age gracefully and maintain a healthy brain, gut and physique led me to obtain a certificate from the Institure from Integrative Nutrition.

I take an evidence-based, whole-foods, whole-person approach to nutrition and health with individualized recommendations.

We’'ll work together to create specific goals to attain lifelong meangingful chages. I’m here to help you live your healthist life!

Sustainability Maven

After earning my masters in environmental science and management from UCSB, I had a career working on sustainability initiatives in the public and private sector. I realized that human and environmental health were one in the same.

If we practice self-care and eat well to properly nourish ourselves, by seeking out more leafy greens, vitamin-packed, locally grown, organic fruits and vegetables, and whole foods, the personal health and larger-scale environmental benefits would be enormous.

I empower and educate my clients to better their health by:

  • creating a safe, informative space to explore all aspects of their wellbeing, including: integrative nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle choices.

  • discussing your goals and helping you break through your obstacles to feel strong and successful.

  • nourishing your mind and body with sustainable lifestyle modifications.
