My Why:
To help you make impactful changes to benefit you today- and for lasting generational health.
After spending over 15 years helping corporations and government agencies understand the environmental impacts of their decisions—from the side effects of pesticides on produce to the carbon footprint of product manufacturing—I realized something important:
It was time to take that knowledge beyond boardrooms and impact people’s lives on a more personal level.
In 2021, I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach to do just that.
Now, I help women in midlife cut through the noise, simplify healthy living, and make confident, sustainable choices that support their bodies and their families.
This season of life brings a lot of change: shifting hormones, stubborn weight, low energy, and new priorities. But it also brings wisdom, clarity, and the power to redefine what health looks like for you.
I’m here to support you with:
✓ Whole-food, plant-forward nutrition that fuels your energy and helps to balance your hormones
✓ Low-tox lifestyle strategies that reduce chemicals- without sacrificing convenience
✓ A focus on generational health—because the habits you build today ripple out to your children and beyond
My Education:
Masters in Environmental Science and Management, UCSB

Personal Trainer, NASM (Summer 2025 expected completion)
I’m a plant-forward meal planner, mother of three, environmental scientist, green living guru, avid gardener, food composter, mountain biker, Pilates enthusiast, farmer’s market shopper and clean beauty aficionado.
What is Generational Health:
The concept that when one generation adopts and sustains a healthy lifestyle—through nourishing food, mindful living, and toxin-free choices—these habits become the foundation for future generations. Just as generational wealth secures financial stability, generational health ensures a legacy of well-being, empowering families to thrive for years to come.
